The financial burden of a brain tumor diagnosis can be overwhelming. Treatment takes priority, but bills don’t stop. The ETEPT Warrior Fund is here to provide direct financial assistance to brain tumor patients and their families facing immediate financial hardship.
Our cashless program helps families get through difficult financial times by paying bills directly to service providers or through gift cards—made possible by the generous support of our donors.
Who Can Apply?
Eligibility: Brain tumor patients currently receiving treatment who are experiencing financial hardship
Applications can be submitted by Warriors, family members, caregivers, social workers, or other care team members. We’re here to help you through the application process.
What Expenses Does the Warrior Fund Cover?
🏠 Household Expenses
- Rent and mortgage payments
- Utility bills (electric, gas, water, trash service)
- Phone or internet service
- Car loan or insurance payments
✈️ Treatment-Related Travel
- Hotel or temporary housing
- Gas cards
- Meal cards
- Funeral expenses
Important: The Warrior Fund cannot solve all financial problems, but we’re committed to helping families manage immediate needs. All payments are made directly to billers or via gift cards—no cash is distributed.
How the Application Process Works
Submit Your Application
Complete the online application form with information about your situation and financial needs.
We Review Your Request
Our Warrior Family Liaisons review your application and may reach out if we need additional information.
Receive a Response
You’ll receive a decision within 30 days of submission. Applications are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Get Direct Support
If approved, we’ll pay your bill directly to the provider or provide gift cards to help with your immediate needs.
